Notice is hereby given that I Muhammad Khurram Shahzad, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Durham Food Store 83 Claypath, Durham DH11RG for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 08.00-23.00, Sunday 09.00-23.00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Councils offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8R by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am & 4.30pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 15th June 2018 and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham, DH 9HZ, alternatively email: licensing@durham.gov.uk It is an offence knowing or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
