Notice is hereby given that an application for a Premises License under the above mentioned legislation has been made by Equestrian Theatre Ltd to Rochford District Council on 22nd May 2018, in respect of premises at the Big Tops, which are to be situated at the Crouch Valley Showground, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7FQ for an equestrian event known as ‘Spirit of the Horse’ to include the performance of dance and recorded music and anything of a similar description, plus the sale by retail of alcohol. Refreshments will be available including a licensed bar. Performances Thurs at 19.00/Fri at 14.30 & 19.30, Sats 14.00, 17.00 & 19.30, Suns 14.00 and 17.00, up to 4 consecutive days annually. Premises are open to the public from 18.00 Thurs/13.30 on Fri/13.00 on Sats and Suns and closed to public by 22.15. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Rochford District Council, 3-19 South Street, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1BW by 19th June 2018. Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
