LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that London Arts UK Limited has I have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: To provide entertainment, the performance of play and live music, an exhibition of a film, and playing live music between the hours of 6:00pm-11:00pm from Monday-Thursday and Sundays and between the hours 6:00pm and 12:00am on Fridays and Saturdays; and for the supply of alcohol both on and off the premises between the hours of 8:00am to 11:00pm from Monday to Thursday and between 8:00am-12:00am on Friday and Saturday for the premises London Arts UK situated at 665 High Road, London N17 8AD. A register of licensing applications can be Inspected at Licensing Team, River Park House, Level 1 North, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HQ. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice In writing to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing team at the above address, giving In detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 22/06/2018. Copies of all representations will be Included In the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations can be emailed to licensing@haringey.gov.uk Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
