THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (VARIOUS ROADS, SOUTH LAKELAND AREA)

(CONSOLIDATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) (ORDER 2002) (KIRKBY LONSDALE AND CASTERTON) VARIATION ORDER 20X

1. The Cumbria County Council hereby give notice that it proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1,2, 19,32, 35, 35A, 38, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51, 53 and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the proposed Order will be to: -



(a) Impose "No Waiting At Any Time (double yellow line) restrictions on parts of the following roads in Kirkby Lonsdale: -B6254, Binfold Croft, Lunefield Drive, Mill Brow (extension), Horse Market and Raygarth;



(b) Impose a 6'6" width restriction on the U5397 North Heads Lane, Casterton, from its junction with the U5395 Colliers Lane to the {unction with the U5389.

3. Full details of the proposed Order, together with plans showing the length of road concerned, a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order and a copy of the Order to be varied, may be inspected at Kirkby Lonsdale Post Office, 15 New Road, Kirkby Lonsdale and the offices of the undersigned during normal working hours.
