LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Lord Barnard to the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Raby Castle Tea Rooms at Staindrop, Darlington, DL2 3AH.The application includes the following terms:
1 .To approve revisions to the layout of the premises in accordance with plans deposited with the application.
2. To advance the commencement hour for the sale of alcohol to 09.00 daily.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 25th June 2018 (www.durham.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or reckessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
