Licensing Act 2003 Application to Vary a Premises Licence
We, Douglas Inns Ltd hereby give notice that we have applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council to vary a premises licence for the premises know as and situated at The Amato, Chalk Lane, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7AS.
The variation is for (1) Additional conditions to existing licence, (2) an additional thirty minutes drinking up time on all days, (3) adding late night refreshment, (4) adding non-standard timings to Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, Christmas Eve one additional hour to existing licensable hours plus thirty minutes drinking up time, (5) last orders for service in the garden will be 10pm with the garden closed and lights off at 10.30pm. Any Other Person or Responsible Authority wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 24th June 2018. Representations must be submitted to : Grants & Licensing Team, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom KT18 5BY. A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
