PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of George Malcolm Scott late of 18 Upper Union Street, Skipton BD23 2NN, who died on the 12th day of February 2018 and whose Will was proved in the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 14th day of May 2018, by Christopher Charles Jackson one of the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 1st day of August 2018 after which date Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
