Notice is hereby given that We, Durham Micropub Ltd, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as STATION HOUSE NORTH ROAD DURHAM DH1 4SE for a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: The sale of alcohol from 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs Monday to Thursday inclusive, Friday and Saturday 10:00hrs to 00:00hrs and Sunday 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs. Also, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Days prior to Bank Holidays, Over the Lumiere festival period, the Miners Gala and on 5 additional occasions throughout the year permitted hours to be extended to 01:00hrs. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS between Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
