(Various Road (Development on East Side of Burnham Road), Latchingdon) (20mph Zone) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Development on East Side of Burnham Road), Latchingdon in the District of Maldon: Road Description
Road 1, From a point approximately 12 metres Latchingdon east of its junction with Burnham Road
(B1018), in a general easterly direction for its entire remaining length including turning head.
Road 2, From its junction with Road 1, in a general Latchingdon south-easterly direction for its entire length
including turning head Road 3, From its junction with Road 1, in a general Latchingdon north-westerly direction for its entire
length including turning heads Road 4, From its junction with Road 1, in a general Latchingdon north-westerly direction for its entire
length including turning heads Road 5, From its junction with Road 4, in a general Latchingdon easterly direction for its entire length
including turning heads.

(Main Road, Mundon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Main Road, Mundon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Blind Lane to its junction with Maldon Road, a distance of approximately 1913m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 68 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013182241 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water main renewal works are undertaken by Essex And
Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Burnham Road, Fambridge Road, Blind Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Steeple Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Steeple Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Crown Way to its junction with Steeple Meadows, a distance of approximately 30m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2018 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013185259 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Foxhall Road, Green Lane, Southminster Road, Tillingham Road, Cripplegate,
North End, North Street, High Street, Pantile Hill, Queen
Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Manor Road, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Hoe Mill Road for a distance of approximately 28m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th June 2018 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC006MU1WBAUSEIBR1RECE04 - BT). The scheduled
dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs
showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The
closure is required for the safety of the public and
workforce while works to build a new joint box and lay
duct in the verge are undertaken by BT.
An alternative route is available via Hoe Mill Road, Blue
Mill Lane, Hop Garden Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th May 2018 and
may continue in force for 18 months or until the works
have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sawyers Road, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sawyers Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 100m northeast of its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 550m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th June 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2250107 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Witham Road, The Street, Sawyers Road and vice versa.
