Notice is hereby given that any having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Douglas Ronald Longman Wigan WN1 2XN late of Lakeside Nursing Home Chorley Road who died on the 5th day of September 2017, and (1) whose will was proved at the Liverpool District Probate Registry on the 13th day of March 2018, (2) by Patricia Geraldine Longman and Sheila Margaret Clarke the (3) executors name in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitor for the said (4) executors on or before the (5) day of July 2018 after which date the (4) executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
