ORDER 2018

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.

The effect of which will be operative from 7" June, 2018 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No.083 Blackrod commencing from Blackrod By-Pass; point A at grid reference SD 361867 410995 in a generally north-east by northerly direction to point B at grid reference SD 362024 411189 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1 Bla083 over a total distance of approximately 257 metres.

No alternative route is available.

The Order is necessary to facilitate the footpath

works and will continue for a period of 4 weeks,

or until the works are completed, whichever is the

earlier.
