NOTICE is hereby given that on 16 May 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by Heineken UK Limited, (Company Number SC065527), 3-4 Broadway Park South Gyle Broadway Edinburgh EH12 9JZ for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up ASHTON'S BAR AND KITCHEN LIMITED, COMPANY NUMBER SC535809 having their registered office at 38-40 Dundas House New City Road Glasgow G4 9JT and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 23 May 2018 ordained all parties interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House 1 Carlton Place Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
