NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Pizzarte Limited has applied to the London Borough of Lewisham for a new premises licence in respect of: 1-3 Brockley Rise, SE23 1JG. Applied for: Alcohol for consumption on the premises Sunday - Thursday 11.00 - 23.00, Friday & Saturday 11.00 - 23.30, Late night refreshment Friday & Saturday 23.00 - 00.00, Seasonal Variation, New Year's Eve until 02.00 for all activities.
Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to Licensing Services, London Borough of Lewisham, Licensing Authority, Holbeach Office, 9 Holbeach Road, SE6 4TW or email licensing@lewisham.gov.uk within four weeks of the date of this notice, specifying the grounds of opposition. The application & register can also be viewed at the above address during office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a False statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
