The County Borough of Conwv (St Asaoh Avenue Kinmel Bay) (Height Restriction! Order 2018
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 and 2 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce a 2 metre height restriction at that length of St Asaph Avenue Kinmel Bay described in the Schedule below.
Exemptions will be made in the Order for vehicles requiring access with the permission of the Highway Authority for the conveyance of persons, goods or merchandise, repair and Maintenance, Emergency Services and vehicles in the service of the Council.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at Kinmel Bay Library and the offices of the Head of Law and Governance, Bodlondeb, Conwy during normal opening/ office hours and on the Council's website.
Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the Head of Law and Governance by 27 June 2018.
