(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Pepperwood Close, Fairfield, Bromsgrove]
On 17 May2018WorcestershireCountyCouncil made an Order theeffectofwhich will betocreateadisabled persons' parking place on the following lengths and sides of roads in Fairfield, Bromsgrove:-Pepperwood Close(both sides) from apoint14 metres north east of its junction with itselffor a distance of 5 metres in anorth easterlydirection. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitionsandrestrictions)and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting bydisabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 7 June 2018. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition ofWaitingon Regents Park Road and Abbey Close, Bromsgrove] On 17 May2018 Worcestershire CountyCouncil made an Order the effectofwhich will beto prohibitwaiting atanytime on the followinglengthsand sidesofroads in Bromsgrove:-
Regents Park Road (north east side) from its junction with Abbey Close to its junction with Slideslow Roundabout; from its junction with Abbey Close for a distance of 15.3 metres in a south easterly direction; (south westside) from apoint10metresnorth westof its junction with Green Park Road to its junction with Slideslow Roundabout. Abbey Close (west side) from its junction with Regents Park Road for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Regents Park Road for a distance of 14.3 metres in anortherlydirection. Proposed Order: to close that part of Chatley Lane, Hawford from its junction with C2086 Main Road to its junction with A449 Ombersley Road in orderto facilitate carriageway resurfacing works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken. Proposed Order: to close that part of C2157 Greenhill, Blackwell in two sections:-
(a) From its junction with B4096 Alcester Road for a distance of421 metres in anorth easterlydirection.
(b) From itsjunction with Station Road for adistanceof 306 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order is being made to facilitate works for the installation of a carriageway frame and cover by Grub Construction Ltd.
