LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES UCENCE
Notice is hereby given that TRUE CRAFT PIZZA AND BEER LTD Has / have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Haringey for a Premises Licence to permit: the sale of alcohol between the hours of 11:00 AND 23:00 Sunday-Wednesday, 11:00 and 00:00 on Thursday-Saturday and bank holidays, and 11:00 to 01:00 on New Years Eve. Doors will close 30 minutes after alcohol has stopped being served recorded music will also be played during these hours, for the premises True Craft, Formerly The West Green Tavern situated at 68 West Green Road, London, N15 5NR. A register of licensing applications can be inspected at Licensing Team, River Park House, Level 1 North, 225 High Road, Wood Green, London, N22 8HQ.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Haringey, Licensing team at the above address, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 17/06/2018. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authority's Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations can be emailed tc licensing@haringey.gov.uk. Rapresflotations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, tha prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
