NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC BRIDLEWAYS DIVERSION ORDER
Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 and Schedule 14 Wychavon District Council Public Bridleways Diversion Order 2018 Bridleways 507,508 and 510 Whittington, Worcestershire
On 15 May 2018 Wychavon District Council confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order will be to DIVERT the following Bridleways namely:
That length and the whole width of Public Bridleway 507 that commences at Point A (OS Map reference 388188 254020) and runs across open land in a south-south-easterly direction for approximately 13 metres to Point A1 (OS map reference 388188 254008) where it meets Bridleway 508
That length and the whole width of the Public Bridleway 508 that commences at Point A1 (OS map reference 388188 254008) and runs across open land in a south-south-easterly direction for approximately 56 metres to Point B (OS Map reference 388 253955) and then turns in a southerly direction for approximately 74 metres to Point C (OS Map reference 388211 253880) turning south-south-westerly for approximately 75 metres to PointD (OS Map reference 388194 253808) and then veering south-westerly for approximately 88 metres to Point E (OS Map reference 388157
253728) and then runs across open land in a south-westerly direction for approximately 169 metres to Point F (OS map reference 388030 253620) where it meets Public Bridleway 509.
That length and the whole width of Public Bridleway 510 that commences at Point G (OS map reference 388024 253607) and runs across open land in a south- easterly direction for approximately 199 metres to Point H (OS map Reference 388124 253441) and then continues southerly for 20 metres to Point J (OS map reference 388127 253421) and thereafter continues on as Bridleway 510 until it meets Bridleway 520.
Such Bridleways are shown by a solid black line on the Order Plan and being approximately 692 metres in length. AND CREATE a new Bridleway that commences with its co-junction with Bridleway 662 at Point K (OS Map reference
388374 254030) which will then cross open land in a south- south-westerly direction for approximately 14 metres to Point K1 (OS Map reference 388371 254016) from where it continues south-south-westerly for approximately 161 metres to Point L (OS Map reference 388334 253859) and on still in a south-south-westerly direction for approximately 194 metres to Point M (OS Map reference 388291 253670) and then continuing south-south-westerly for approximately 89 metres to Point N (OS Map reference 388271 253583) and still across open land but
turning south-westerly for a further 217 metres to Point J (OS Map reference 388127 253421) where it meet Bridleway 510 as shown on the Plan.
Such Bridleway is shown by solid black dashes on the Order Plan
and shall be 3 metres in width with a clear verge of one metre on either side and will be approximately 675 metres in length.

Copies of the Order and Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.
This Order comes into force on the date on which Wychavon
District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desi res to questi on its vali dity or that of any provi si on contai ned i n it on the ground that it i s not withi n the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 287 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which Notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
