IN THE ESTATE OF ALEXANDER ROTHERY deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of Alexander Rothery late of 79 Avallon Way Darwen BB3 3JZ in the County of Lancashire who died on the 20th day of October 2017 (and to whose Estate Letters of Administration were granted to) Peter Davidson the (Administrator) therein named on the 16th day of May 2018, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom 33/39 Railway Road Darwen Lancashire BB3 2RL or to the undersigned on or before the 27th day of July 2018 after which date the (Administrator) will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
