TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

New Forest Folk Festival Limited are applying for a new grant of a Premises License for a Folk Festival at Powells Farm, Salisbury Road, Plaitford, Nr Romsey, Hants, S051 6EE from 4th July to 8th July 2018 If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place: Sale of alcohol on the premises, provision of regulated entertainment, provision of facilities for regulated entertainment

The intention to make any variation to the premises license is to:

A copy of the application for the grant of the above license is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
