LICENSING ACT 2003 New Grant Premises Licence
Notice is given that Linnaean Holdings Limited applied to Wandsworth Council on 16th May 2018 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Linnaean, Unit IC Embassy Gardens, 2 New Union Square, London SWII 7AX for: (I) the retail sale of alcohol: Mon to Sun 10:00 to 22:00; and (2) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 13th June 2018 stat­ing the grounds for making said repre­sentation to: The Licensing Authority, Environmental Services, Food Safety Team, Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London SWI8 2PU.The public register where applications are avail­able to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.wandsworth.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representa­tions by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
