Whiteparish Memorial Trust are applying for the grant of a variation in the Premises Licence for Whiteparish Memorial Centre, Common Road, Whiteparish, SP52SU.

The variation, if granted, will enable the following activity to take place: The sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises between 12:00hrs and 22:30hrs Sunday to Thursday and 12:00hrs to 00:00hrs (midnight) on Fridays and Saturdays. These periods to be extended on occasions when non-standard times apply.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application

Representation may be made up to 28days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application for the grant of a variation of the Premises Licence

is kept by the Licensing Section at the address above

The application can be viewed by prior appointment.

ft is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in

connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is

liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine

on the standard scale.
