CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL -LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) DISPOSAL OF LAND FORMING PART OF AN OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council intend to grant a leasehold interest In public open space and play areas at each of the following locations:-
Belmont Road, Northwich
Old Hall Road, Northwich
Victoria Street, Northwich
Winnington Grange (Burnside Way), Northwich
Yarwood Close, Northwich to Northwich Town Council after the expiry of the period mentioned below.
A plan showing the location of each area will be kept with Property Services, Wyvern House, The Drumber, Winsford CW7 1AH and will be open for inspection on any weekday between 9.00am and 4.30pm for the period mentioned below.
