NOTICE OF PROPOSAL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (RAMSGREAVE ROAD AND MOORFIELD AVENUE, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 201*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting on the following lengths of road:
a) Moorfield Avenue, Ramsgreave, both sides from the centre line Ramsgreave Road for a distance of 10.8 metres in a southerly direction;
b) Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the north side from a point 15 metres west of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 143 metres in an easterly direction to the unitary authority boundary;
c) Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the south side from a point 15 metres west of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 27 metres in an easterly direction;
d) Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the south side from a point 76 metres east of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 52 metres in an easterly direction to the unitary authority boundary.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA and at the offices of the Director of Corporate Services, Lancashire County Council, Christ Church Precinct, County Hall, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Council's website http://www.lancashire.gov.uk/roads-parking-and-travel/roads/roadworks-and-traffic-regulation-orders/permanent.aspx.
