Notice is hereby given that has made an application for a Premises Licence at Crosfields Recreation Club for Saturday 30th June 2018, and for one Saturday in June each year to Warrington Borough Council for the following licensable activities: Provision of Live Music and performance of Dance 12:00 -18:00 Provision of Recorded Music 12:00 - 23:00 Supply of Alcohol 11:00 - 23:00
A responsible authority or any other person may make representation which must be in writing no later than: 15th June, 2018

A record of my application is contained in the licensing register kept by Warrington Borough Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above address or at www.warrington.gov.uk between 09.00am and 16.30pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction.
