NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT the All Ekber Sahin has applied to the London Borough of Enfield for a new premises licence, licensable activities as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from Monday to Sunday between the hours 11:00 - 22:30. Also, the proposed opening hours are Monday to Sunday between 6:30 - 23:00. Also on occasional events there will be live music between the hours of 20:00 -22:00 at Coffee Break Express situated at 792 Green Lanes, London N21 2SH.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing stating the grounds of making said representation to: Licensing Team, PO Box 57, Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield EN1 3XH, or by emailing to licensing@enfield.gov.uk WITHIN TWENTY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPLICATION: 22 May 2018. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.enfield.gov.uk/services/business-andlicensing and following the link to the Licensing Register. The application can be inspected upon request to licensing@enfield.gov.uk within 28 days from the date of this notice. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
