LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that I Michael Yates of 329 Old Chester Road, Rock Ferry, CH42 3XH have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: The Rockvilla Hotel of 329 Old Chester Road, Rock Ferry, CH42 3XH for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity: To serve alcohol for consumption on and off the premises 7 days a week, with 1 hours drinking up time and open 1 hour before for coffee mornings. Days and Hours Requested: Sun-Thurs 10am-1am, Fri- Sat 10am-2am, extended hours before every bank holiday and on Boxing day, Christmas Eve & New Year’s Eve.

A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than 12.06.2018 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Date this 14th day of May 2018.
