1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 21 May 2018 made the above Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit in:

PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE CROYDON (EAST OUTER AREA) CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE The Croydon (East Outer Zone) (Parking Places)

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make the above Traffic Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to extend the Croydon East Outer Area Controlled Parking Zone as detailed below.
(a)
Shared use 8 hour (pay and display/permit) parking bays with an
8 hour maximum stay for pay and display users, in conjunction with 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday inclusive waiting restrictions would be introduced into the roads/sections of road detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.
(b)
All existing "at any time" double yellow line waiting restrictions

8. The Orders are intended to extend the Croydon (East Outer Area) Controlled Parking Zone into the sections of road detailed in the Schedule to this Notice, introducing 'Pay and Display/ Permit' shared-use parking bays and waiting restrictions. This should alleviate residents' parking problems by restricting parking by non-residents and commuters.
