1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make the above Traffic Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to extend the Croydon East Outer Area Controlled Parking Zone as detailed below.

This should alleviate residents' parking problems by restricting parking by non-residents and commuters.
