(C2074 Doverdale Lane, Doverdale/Hampton Lovett)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of C2074 Doverdale Lane, Doverdale/Hampton Lovett from its junction with A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak to its junction with A442 Kidderminster Road in order to facility repairs to edging on carriageway. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A449 Sytchampton to Mitre Oak, A449 Mitre Oat to Crown Lane, A449 Waresley to Torton, A449 Worcester Road, A442 Droitwich Road, A442 Rushockto Cutnall Green, A442 Kidderminster Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:
26 days Commencing: 18 June 2018.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013
(Variation) Order 2018 [Prohibition of Waiting on All Saints Place, Bromsgrove]
On 10 May 2018 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effectofwhich will beto prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove:
All Saints Place (north side) from a point 10.9 metres westofits junction with All Saints Road for adistance of 2.3 metres in a northerly direction (towards private road junction); from a point 20.7 metres west of its junction with All Saints Road for a distance of 27.8 metres in awesterlydirection; (south westside)from a point 5.6 metres north west of its junction with All Saints Road for a distance of 18.5 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which providesfor civil enforcementofcontraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 31 May 2018.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application totheHigh Courtwithin 6weeksfrom the date on which the Order was made.

Proposed Order: to close that part of Staple Flat, Lickey End, Bromsgrove from its junction with Old Birmingham Road for a distance of 326 metres in a north easterly direction in order to lay new domestic gas works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternativeroute:B4096OldBirmingham Road,C2151 Linehouse Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 18 June 2018.

(Various Link Footpaths, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpaths F40016Woodman'sRise,F40017FarmersCourt,F40018
Farmers Piece and F40019 Farmers Green, Droitwich Spa from its junction with U41738 Farmers Court to its junction with F40006 Westlands Walk in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to anyland or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41738 Farmers Court, U41737 Farmers Way, U41739 Farmers Green and F40016 Woodman'sRise, F40006WestlandsWalkandU41737
Farmers Way. Only one section of footpath will be closed at any given time.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days Commencing: 18 June 2018.
