EAST AYRSHIRE COUNCIL (U717 Creoch, Ochiltree) (Temporary Road Closure) Order 2018
On 22/05/18 the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers, made the above-named Order,which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on U717 Creoch, Ochiltree, from A70 to the road end to Creoch House (except vehicles engaged on the Scottish Power connection works), by reason of works to be executed on or near the road.
The Order shall come into force at 08:00 hrs on 28/05/18 until 18:00 hrs on 06/06/18, or until the works are completed whichever is earlier and the Order will be implemented only when appropriate signs are displayed.
Emergency access and vehicular access for residents/owners/occupiers within the closure will be permitted to and from properties but not through the actual works site.
Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the closure period.
Alternative Route: via A70 to Mote Toll and C123, Ochiltree and vice versa.
