OXFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL -ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) & (2) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Didcot, Great Western Park development Footpath Closures Date of Order: 4 December 2017 Came into force: 13 December 2017 This Order was introduced as part of the ongoing Great Western Park development and the Secretary of State for Transport has on 9 May 2018 consented to the closures being extended until 31 December 2020. The effect of the Order is to close temporarily sections of Footpath No.1, No.16 and No.19. which converge west of Park Road and Portway.
Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for pedestrian access to premises which are only accessible from the closed sections of footpath. Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.
This Order will remain in force until 31 December 2020 or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref JaC/T5320)
