(Chapel Lane, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Chapel Lane, Alvechurch from its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane for a distance of 173 metres in an easterly direction to a point between its junction with Gravel Pit Lane for a distance of 340 metres in a northerly direction in orderto facilitate works for a new electrical supply by Western Power.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Gravel Pit Lane, C2034 Rowney Green Lane and Chapel Lane.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 29 May 2018.

(Feckenham Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2018
Order made: to close that part of Feckenham Road, Redditch from its junction with Tipping's Hill to its junction with Weaver Hill in orderto facilitate Severn Trentworks.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Enfield Road, B45054 Windmill Drive, C2079 Callow Hill Lane, Love Lyne, Tipping's Hill and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 29 May 2018.

Order made: to close that part of C2035 Storridge Lane, Rowney Green from its junction with C2034 Rowney Green Lane to its junction with C2044 Icknield Street in orderto facilitate new BT Openreach ducting works.
Exemptions: to permitaccess to any land or premises fronting the highwayaffected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: C2034 Rowney Green Lane, C2001 Radford Road, C2001 Weatheroak Hill, C2042 Water Lane, C2044 LileyGreen Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 29 May 2018.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2018 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Prospect Road North, Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side ofroad in Redditch:
Prospect Road North (south west side) from a point 15.5 metres north west of its junction with Huins Close/Brook Street crossroads for a distance of 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.

A copy of the draft Order, relevantplan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch,Worcs, B98 8AH, andCountyHall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
