Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Haven Leisure Limited in respect of Premises known as Littlesea Holiday Park -Complex, Lynch Larie,Vveymouth, DT4 9DT applied to West Dorset District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is for the addition of an outside bar. The premises already have the benefit of the use of the outside Terrace area near the Mash and Barrel, which allows consumption of alcohol. The variation would allow a "pop-up" bar to operate within this area. There will be no regulated entertainment provided outdoors on the Terrace area. All other licensing plans, activities, hours and conditions to remain as existing.
