NOTICE is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council intends to dispose of 23m2 of land deemed to be Public Open Space adjacent to 11 Walton Close, Park South, Swindon. The land would be used to extend the existing house. A plan showing the land can be inspected, by appointment, at Property Assets, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Any objections to such disposal should be made in writing to the Head of Property Assets, at the above address, by 4 June 2018
