I give notice that Mr S.W. Blackmore is applying to the Wiltshire council for planning permission to Change of use of Land from Verge to Garden

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Bythesea Road, Trowbridge by 25th of September 2015
