Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees and Management Committee of The Watford Town & Country Club intend to distribute the assets of the Club following a sale of the land and buildings at Halsey House, Rosslyn Road Watford Herts WD18 OJX in accordance with a Resolution passed at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Club held on 1 February 2018. Any person having a claim against or interest in the Club who has not already been contacted by the Club is required to send particulars thereof to the under-signed solicitors on or before 31 July 2018 after which the Trustees and Management Committee of the Club will proceed to deal with the assets of the Club having regard only to those claims and interests of which they have prior notice and will not be liable to any person or persons for a claim or interest of which they do not have notice.
