LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Savers Health and Beauty Limited have applied to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Bamet for a Premises Licence to permit: The sale by retail of alcohol lor consumption off the premises, 09:00 to 19:00 Mondays to Saturdays (finish time 21:00 between 14th November and 24th December) and 10:00 to 17:00 on Sundays, lor the premises Savers, situated at 704 High Road North Finchley N12 9QL. A register ol licensing applications can be viewed online at www.barneLgov.uk inspected at Bamet House 1255 High Road Whetstone N20 OEJ. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Bamet, Licensing Team at the address above, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 7th June 2018. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub-Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must related to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection ol children from harm. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
