NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND: BACKNEY BRIDGE PICNIC SITE

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2)(A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Council intends to transfer, subject to contract, land at Backney Bridge, Sellack near Ross-on-Wye Herefordshire, to Sellack Parish Council.

A plan showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the Herefordshire Council offices, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE or at Ross-on-Wye Customer Service Centre, Ross Library, Cantilupe Road, Ross-on-Wye HR9 7AN, and also on the Council's website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/. Any objections regarding the intended disposal can be made in writing to Helen Beale, Senior Estate Manager, Herefordshire Council, PO Box 4, Plough Lane, Hereford HR4 0LE or by email to hbeale@herefordshire.gov.uk to be received no later than 7th June 2018.
