I, Adrian Dennis ff'Nion hereby give notice that I have applied on 6th May 2018 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises License for the premises known as: Wispers Hair & Nails
12 The Square, Wickham, Hampshire, P017 5JQ The application is for: Sale of Alcohol as provided on a complimentary basis with Hair and Beauty Services
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester S023 9LJ, to arrive by 5th June 2018; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council's website. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
