PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003

To whom it may concern, we, FAUVETTE LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the Grant of a Premises Licence at 8 Glebe Street, Penarth, CF4 1ED known as Fauvette. The application is for the Sale of Alcohol on and off the premises (included but not limited to Wine & Spirits) & for the playing of unamplified recorded music during trading hours - Mon - Sat 09.00 to 23.00 & Sun 10.00 to 22.00 (to 16.00 for off licence).

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF63 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later that 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic Offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
