We, Frederic Robinson Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to South Lakeland District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The White Hart, Highgate, Kendal LA9 4SX, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the permitted timings for regulated entertainment to 12:00 to 03:00 each day; to amend the permitted timings for late night refreshment to 23:00 to 05:00 each day; to amend the permitted timings for sales of alcohol and opening to 00:01 to 00:00 each day; and, to remove outdated / irrelevant conditions.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
