I give notice that Smith & Sons (Bletchington) Ltd Enslow, Kidlington, OX5 3AY is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission for a Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by 14/0725/P/CM (for the development of integrated working and restoration for limestone extraction for producing aggregates and reconstituted stone products) without complying with conditions 1, 3, 4, 6 and 16 in order to extend the timescale for limestone working to 2035 with restoration by 2036, amend the phasing and restoration proposals and to amend legal agreements to allow the importation of limestone from Whitehill Quarry and to allow the blockworks to operate until 2035. at Burford Quarry, Burford Road, Brize Norton, Oxfordshire, OX 18 3NN.
