(AMENDMENT NOS. 44-61) ORDER 2018
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under The Highways Act 1980, The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
No Waiting at Any Time means double yellow lines.

| Provide a Pay & Display parking bay outside No. 32 Brownsea Road
Extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the northern side for an additional! 10 metres to the west of Ravine Road.
Remove the existing residential disabled parking bay outside Nos. 49/51 Croft Road
Provide a shared cycleway/footway on the northern side from its junction with Canford Magna to Hamworthy Club access.
Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the northern side from its junction with HarbourView Road to outside No. 2 HarbourView Close
Provide a residential disabled parking bay outside

50 Culliford Crescent Extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time
restrictions on both sides of the road from the junction of Knowlton Road to the junction of Canford Heath Road. Canford Heath Road Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions along the northern side on both sides of the junction with Culliford Crescent for a distance of 65 metres

57 Hardy Road/Queens Remove the existing No Waiting at Any Time Road restrictions from outside Nos. 2-6 and Nos 5-7
Hardy Road and extend the adjoining 2 hour limited waiting bays. Reduce the existing No Waiting at Any Time on the eastern side of Hardy Road alongside of No. 31 Queens Road by a distance of 6 metres.

2 hours 8am-6pm, permit holders only 6pm-8am) to| outside No. 22 St Aubyn's Court

Permit Holders (residents) and Season Ticket Holders, on both sides of the road, from 21 metres south of its junction with Danecourt Road to 4 metres north-east of its junction with Fernside Road.
Langside Avenue | Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on the southern side from the entrance of Bourne House for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction
