An application for a new premises licence has been made by Harry James Peake for the premises known as /situated at The Beer Loft Micropub, 54B Leigh Road, Leigh, WN7 1QR. The application seeks to Sale of Alcohol Mondays - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00 Friday - Saturday 12:00 - 00:00 Sunday - 12:00 - 23:00 The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. All representations must be made in writing by the above date. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, Wigan, WN1 3DS or can be emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
