THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN VARIOUS TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council made the two Orders referred to below in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) ("the Act") the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in Schedules 1, 2, 3 and 4, and to introduce school entrance keep clear markings in Schedule 5.

THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (HAWKINS STREET, BLACKBURN) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING/UNLOADING) ORDER 2018 (Schedules 1 to 4) THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (SCHOOL ENTRANCE CLEARWAY) ORDER 2018 (Schedule 5) The usual exemptions will apply.
In this Notice, the following abbreviations are used; St=Street, Terr=Terrace; N=north, E=east, S=south, W=west; NW=north-west, etc; NWrly=nortlvwesterly etc; jct=junction; ctr=centre; w=with; m=metres; drn=direction.
Copies of the Order and relevant plans, which will come into effect on Monday 21 May 2018 and may be examined at the Information Desks, at Town Halls in Blackburn & Darwen Mon-Fri inclusive between the hours of 10am & 4pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Any queries concerning the Order should be made by phoning Capita on 01254273515.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 17 May 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
