NOTICE is hereby given that I Filiz Smith Applied on 15/05/2018 for the Variation of a 'Premises licence for Zumu, 191 Ashley Rd, Hale, WA15 9SQ under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2013 for a licence to provide: Sale of alcohol on and off the premises during the intended hours of 11 am - 23pm Monday to Sunday on the first floor of the premises.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. Not later than 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made.
A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address
A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot, Stretford, Manchester, M32 OTH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm 2.00pm and 4.00pm
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
