NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 16th May, 2018 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using the length of alley between Queen Street and Sussex Street, Rhyl in the County of Denbigh for its entire length. The closure is necessary to facilitate demolition of properties.
There is no alternative route and pedestrian access cannot be maintained during the closure period.
The Order comes into force on 1st June 2018, and will remain in force for a period of eighteen months or until the completion of the works whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will take approximately eighteen months to complete
