BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WATERSPLASH LANE, WARFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2018
Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, in any direction, along Watersplash Lane, WarfiekJ for its whole length.
The purpose of this Order is to protect the workforce and public whilst a vehicular access to an adjacent property is constructed.
The Order was made on the 14th May 2018 and will come into operation on the 24th May 2018. Although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months, it is currently planned that the closure will be in place on the 24th & 25th May 2018.
This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road. Dated 16th May 2018 Vincent Palickza
