Croydon Council are inviting comments on the applications listed below which are advertised for the reasons given:

Pawsons Road
The north-west side
Extending the existing double yellow lines opposite the junction with Mayo Road to finish at the common boundary of Nos. 84 and 86 Pawsons Road.

Extending the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Pitt Road to finish at the common boundary of Nos. 128 and 130 Pawsons Road.

The south-east side,
Introducing a new length of double yellow lines opposite Nos. 122 to 128 Pawsons Road.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
ACCESS ROAD FRONTING NOS. 119 TO 137 ADDINGTON ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a new water supply, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular and pedestrian traffic movements in the access road to Nos. 119 to 137 Addington Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place: -

(i) The access road fronting Nos. 119 to 137 Addington Road will be closed to vehicular traffic between the common boundaries of Nos. 125 and 127 and 135 and 137 Addington Road;

(ii) The footway at the above location will also be closed and a walkway provided for pedestrians in the carriageway;

(iii)Any other traffic management measures required to facilitate the work in progress will be introduced as and when necessary.
3. The Order will come into operation on 17 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within five days. However the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be necessary.

4. The restrictions specified in paragraph 2 above shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
SPENCER PLACE. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate excavation works to install a new gas supply to No. 85 Gloucester Road, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular and pedestrian traffic movements in Spencer Place.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Spencer Place will be closed to vehicular traffic;

(b) The nearside (south-western) footway of Spencer Place will be closed to pedestrian traffic.

3. The restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
4. The Order will come into operation on 17 May 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within two days. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
CAMPDEN ROAD. SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF PEDESTRIAN AND VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a tower crane installation, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict pedestrian and vehicular traffic movements in Campden Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place,

(a) no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Campden Road between its junctions with Coombe Road and Croham Road;

(b) 8 parking bays will be temporary suspended to facilitate the works as appropriately signed;

(c) temporarily introduce footway closures or waiting and loading restrictions at any time should this be required.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Croham Road, Croham Park Road, Coombe Road and Spencer Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 14 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 6 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

TEEVAN ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate crane works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Teevan Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Teevan Road, at its junction with Lower Addiscombe Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be sign posted.

4. The Order will come into operation on 24 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate the Croydon Food & Music Festival they intend to make a Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to:

(a) introduce a road closure in South End, between its junctions with Aberdeen Road and Coombe Road;

(b) suspend the one-way working in Parker Road;

(c) introduce waiting and loading restrictions between 7am and Midnight in:-

(i) Aberdeen Road;

(ii) Southbridge Road.

2. The Order will come into effect on 24 June 2018 and will remain in force for one day.

3. The alternative route for the closure of South End will be via local streets as appropriately signed.

PROPOSED INTRODUCTION OF WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN PAWSONS ROAD CROYDON The Croydon (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (No.D13) Traffic Order, 20-
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council, proposes to make the above Traffic Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce new or extend existing "at any time" double yellow line waiting restrictions in the lengths of street specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and all related documents can be inspected until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order was made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, from 9am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at the Enquiry Counter, "Access Croydon" Facility, Bernard Weatherill House, 8 Mint Walk, Croydon, CRO 1 EA.

4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Parking Design, the Place Department, Croydon Council on 020 8726 7100.

5. 6. The Order is intended to extend existing "at any time" waiting restrictions in Pawsons Road as part of the Quietway Route Cycle Scheme. These measures are intended improve safety by providing increased visibility on the approaches to two mini roundabouts.
