Application has been made by Marks and Spencer Group Plc to the
Licensing Authority of City of York
Council to vary the Premises Licence
for Marks & Spencer, 9 The Pavement,
York, YO1 8NB. The application is to
vary the licence to include the sale of
alcohol for consumption on the
premises in the Hot Food on the
Move Section on the Ground Floor,
each day throughout the year (it is
only currently permitted during
December each year). Full details of
the Application can be viewed at the
offices of the Licensing Authority at
City of York Council, Licensing
Services, Eco Depot, Hazel Court,
York, YO10 3DS. A responsible
authority or any other person can
make written respresentations to the
Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 5 June 2018
(www.york.gov.uk).
It is an offence for anyone knowingly
or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with a
Licence Application. The maximum
fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
