BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - MEDINA TERRACE & KINGS ESPLANADE

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-
(a) Introduce temporary No Waiting at any time parking restriction in Medina Terrace from it's junction southwards for approx. 15meters
(b) Introduce temporary No Waiting at any time parking restriction in Kings Esplanade from outside number 8 westwards for approx. 20m

2.The Order is necessary to allow access to a development

3. Pedestrian and vehicular access will be maintained

4. This Order comes into force on 29th May 2018 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed. Dated 14th May 2018.
